Have You Ever Wondered What the World Would Be Like Without Us?

CORRECTION:  It has come to the author’s attention that he made a few factual errors in the initial publication of this article. Please re-read to ensure that you are in the loop.
Have you heard the uncensored inside story from the “thought criminal” himself—Germar Rudolf?

Rudolf was a highly respected chemist with a promising career—a graduate of the Max Planck Institute—who made the “mistake” of telling the truth at a place (Germany) and time (during court) when lies are the only permissible public statements about the Holocaust. When informed he would be sent to prison for his factual testimony made during a law case involving the Holocaust, Rudolf went underground. He ended up in America, fell in love, and was wed to his U.S. citizen sweetheart.

However, in late 2005, Rudolf—now a peace activist and publisher—was kidnapped by the U.S. government and deported to Germany to face charges of “Holocaust denial.” There he was put on trial for his historical writings. During this trial, his defense lawyers were prohibited under the threat of prosecution from filing motions in support of Rudolf’s historical views. All motions filed by Rudolf’s defense team directed at proving that his writings are scientific in nature and are therefore protected by the German constitution were rejected by the court. Academics willing to confirm as expert witnesses the scholarly nature of Rudolf’s writings were barred from testifying.

Confronted with this kafkaesque situation, yet undaunted, Rudolf gave a brilliant speech in court that lasted seven sessions. In it, he elucidated what science is and how to recognize its exemplars. He proved that his writings undoubtedly qualified. He demonstrated moreover why the German laws designed to suppress peaceful dissidents are unconstitutional and in violation of human rights. Furthermore, he explained in detail why it is everyone’s obligation to resist in a non-violent way a state which throws peaceful dissidents into dungeons.

The court was hardly moved by Rudolf’s arguments. It sentenced him to 30 months imprisonment and ordered Rudolf’s magnum opus, the German edition of his Lectures on the Holocaust, to be confiscated and burned under police supervision. In addition, the public prosecutor initiated another criminal investigation against Rudolf, because he had tried to publish his defense speech from his prison cell.

After Rudolf had served his full prison term, he was released from prison in the summer of 2009 but also put under a three-year lasting “conduct supervision” by the German authorities. After this restriction was rescinded in the summer of 2011 due to his emigration to the U.S., his defense speech in support of liberty finally saw the light of day. The book also contains, among other things, a comprehensive documentation of the motions rejected by the court as well as two expert reports of historians who could not testify. Additionally, it is illustrated with a number of gorgeous drawings prepared by Rudolf during his time in prison (in this print edition reproduced in black & white).

Hardly two years later, however, the German censorship authorities banned the German edition of this book because it demands freedom of speech for historical dissidents… Read it all in this new edition of 2016.

UPDATE

As of the time of this addendum, 6/24/2023, the persecution of Germar Rudolf has not only continued but has been ratcheted up yet again, no doubt in an attempt to finally break the spirit of this courageous man once and for all.

In spite of the fact that the United States has always been a safe haven for people trying to escape oppression and injustice, it has long been in the habit of our government to, in circuitous fashion, aid and abet the Bolshevik-style tactics of other governments in the world to silence any and all oppositional viewpoints to the official Holocaust narrative. This has been observed many times over the years in regard to revisionists in general, and it would seem that Germar might be in line to be the next case history.

With his permanent residency status up for renewal and a dubious warrant issued for him, Germar’s hands have been effectively tied, preventing him from going through a basic procedure required to maintain his permanent resident status. What’s more, a few months ago, a U.S. judge issued a court order separating him from his family. Given our government’s track record with Revisionists, it doesn’t take a German rocket scientist to surmise that the government is likely hoping to force Germar to return to Germany, where the Orwellian courts there now seek to put him on trial yet again for the Holocaust Handbooks series—this time for each book in the series—for which they want to give him what amounts to a life sentence to prison.  It is quite apparent that although on paper we have the first amendment in the U.S., our elected officialdom is of the opinion that a preferable alternative to letting an upstanding and well-respected citizen live his life in peace is to rip his family apart and let him be extradited to his home country where he could be locked up for the rest of his life.

That’s right, reader. Germar Rudolf, a scholar, and researcher who has reached and published conclusions from his research that runs afoul of a particularly politicized historical narrative and has already had his rights denied him repeatedly for doing so, is now separated from the loving arms of his family by court order, and faces extradition to Germany where he will more than likely be subjected to another kangaroo court proceeding with the pre-determined sentence that is harsher in degrees of magnitude than what most career criminals face. His crime? Refusing to abandon his convictions and the truth to the best of his understanding, by publishing banned books.

WE CANNOT SIT IDLY BY AND ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN. If we do, we DESERVE whatever dystopian hellscape of a future for which accepting such a horrific precedent will fling the door wide open. It is already quite obvious that the ongoing censorship and persecution of the revisionist community writ large over the past decades was the dress rehearsal for the rampant censorship we see today of literally everyone even slightly to the right of Karl Marx. And the ongoing saga of Germar Rudolf is one of the penultimate examples of this phenomenon.

This is a phenomenon that most conservative talking heads, even while themselves being subjected to increasing levels of censorship, refuse to acknowledge to this very moment. In doing so, they’re sowing the seeds of their own destruction.  It’s our hope that they’ll come to see this before it’s too late.  In the meantime, YOU can make a difference. No one is “coming to save us” and they won’t have to if we work together and invest our limited resources wisely. There’s no real way to put this delicately.

Is THIS the world you want to leave to your children? To see them have to grow up in and navigate? To encourage them to follow their dreams, and teach them to abide by their principles, only for them to have their dreams shattered when their principles inevitably compel them to engage in some form of the new “wrongthink?” This is a category, we might add, that will grow at an exponential rate until we can scarcely say anything at all but what the “Ministry of Truth” deems to be true, if the U.N, governments of the world, legacy media, elitist think tanks, Silicon Valley/Big Tech, mainstream academia, and professional libel organs like the ADL and the SPLC are continuously allowed to shift the Overton window of what human rights to freedom of inquiry, expression, and association entail while actively censoring and de-platforming those whose studies lead them to conclusions that are at odds with official narratives.

You’ve read this far.  So we assume not.  Our children don’t have to grow up in a world like this.  We CAN change it. But that begins by beating the censors and ensuring that the enemies of liberty don’t get to control the historical record and the realm of academia.  Please understand that it simply cannot be overstated how much WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT NOW MORE THAN EVER.  Germar and his family need you. CODOH/CHP needs you.  The very cause of liberty itself needs you. Donations are of course, most welcome. Of any size and no matter how modest.  Even the price of a cup of coffee adds up quickly if half of our readers and customers could scrape together their loose pocket change once a month.  But we are a publisher.  We print books.  And we don’t want to ask you for money.  We want to sell you top-quality and intellectually enriching media.

Because of the constant attacks on our organization and a general shortage of manpower, numerous aspects of our operation have fallen into something of a state of decay for which we can only apologize profusely, grit our teeth and continue our labors in spite of—and thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for your ongoing support in one capacity if not another. One of the major handicaps we’ve been having to deal with is our finances. Because Ingram, the international publishing monopoly has decided that universal principles upon which civilization itself is built are no longer applicable if you aren’t politically correct, we have had to repeatedly look for new publishers.  Our current publisher has agreed to publish our books but at DOUBLE the usual cost.  This has forced us to make exorbitantly and cripplingly expensive print runs to keep books in stock, that have burned through our funds at an ungodly rate.

So what are we going to do about it?

Your donations are absolutely pivotal to our operation. But we want to reciprocate whenever and wherever we can. So in commemoration of the grave injustices that Germar and his family have been subjected to, we have set it up so that when you go to buy the Rudolf Bundle, The (recently added) Resistance Bundle, Hunting Germar Rudolf, or Resistance Is Obligatory, you will find that we have a “name your price” field.  Buying any books from us at all is greatly appreciated, but for those of you who are capable and willing to do more, there is now the option to pay any amount above the normal price that you would like on these store listings.  In this way, you can make a donation of any size, but in return, secure for your library an excellent book. (Or a collection of books.)

In light of Germar and his family’s present plight, he has been forced to step down from the leadership of the organization.  You can read his formal statement about this on his personal site here.  He is still owed a considerable sum of money for services he has rendered in the past, and so your donations and book purchases help Germar and his family by helping us weather this storm, and get things back to a state of equilibrium where we are able to “keep the lights on” as it were, AND pay Germar for the outstanding services he has rendered for which he is yet to be compensated.

If you’d like to support Germar directly the old-fashioned way, you can, of course, mail him checks, money orders, etc. at:
